I am a Special Education major at the University of Missouri and will be home for the summer. I am looking into being a nanny during the time that I am home. Last summer I was a volunteer at a children's camp, called TASK, and I had the chance to spend a lot of time with children during that week. At Mizzou I am a part of a group called "Tiger Buddies" and in this club you get partnered up with a child who has a disability and you spend time with them at least once a week. I love to go to parks or go swimming or even to the mall or movies. The only babysitting I've done is for family friends so this will be a new experience for me but I am very responsible and want to spend time with children.
