Hello! My name is Abigail Tormanen. I have recently moved to the area from North Dakota, where worked full time as a teacher at a local daycare center called The Growing place. There I was responsible for a group of about 5 children ages ranging from 1-3 years old. I did a daily educational routine with them, including singing songs, counting, and activites such as puzzles. I also helped them with various art projects on a weekly basis. My other responsiblities included: Diaper changing, nap time, and outdoor play. I loved my job and loved working with the kids everyday. I am CPR and First aid certified, I have 13 hours of basic childcare training, I have my own car, am comfortable with pets, and I do not smoke.
