I have been a stay at home mother for seventeen years. I enjoyed helping my children become independent, I also taught all of them to read before beginning kindergarten. I have a bachelors degree in psychology and biomedical sciences and am keenly aware of how important an education is. I am also very active and believe fitness and healthy eating is a variable that every child needs. When my children were infants, I nursed them at when ready to eat solids I made all of their own food. We were always active, going to the park, learning new things etc.
