I am almost 20 years old and am the oldest in my giant family. I have baby sat for my 5 younger siblings, 7 younger cousins, and children of family friends since I was 12 years old. I have went through all the classes and got my CPR certification, first aid, and know how set up or go over natural disaster or emergency schedule and routine with the children of age and parents. I am absolutely great with all ages from new born and up. I have learned how to get to know each child for who they are and connect with them on their level. as I have my own daughter.
