Hi! I'm Abigail! I am 20 and have been caring for children since I was 12. I've always loved kids. My first experiences with children were at church as a nursery worker and children's church teacher. I started doing that when I was 13 and continued until I was 16. My first "real" job was working for Belton Summer Camp as a Counselor for 5 years olds. I absolutely loved it! I usually had 12-17 kids in my care each day. I was responsible for them completely throughout the day. I really enjoyed it and loved getting the experience to learn more about that age group. I was also a babysitter/nanny for a family for 4 years. In my care were 2 boys, ages 3 & 9 when I started. I was their caregiver for 3 summers and 4 years total. I became incredibly close with the family and am Read more very grateful for getting the chance to be a part of the boys life. Throughout the years I have picked up many short term babysitting jobs. I've had experience with newborns-13 years. 5 years ago my oldest nephew was born and since then I have been a serious part in the lives of my 2 nephews and niece. I have helped care for each one of them since birth. I've been through it all, the sickness, hospital trips, doctor's appointments, play dates, first days of school. After being such a huge part in my nephews and nieces lives, I am very comfortable being with and providing care for kids!
