My name is Liah. I have been taking care of children me entire life. I started babysitting when I was about 13 year old. I have always had a motherly, empathetic and nurturing personality so it was always a fun and rewarding role to play. I went on to nanny after high school to help pay for college. I took care of 3 little girls for a single working mother for a total of 5 years. After those five years, I went on to establish myself in a professional business environment to see how I would like the corporate life. I did that for years then decided to return to being the nanny to a wonderful family with two little girls. I have worked for them nearly a year but both kids will be entering preschool and I will not be needed aside for occasionally. I am CPR and First Read more Aid certified, and have taken several courses in college pertaining to the development of children and infants. I have recently gotten the flu and TDAP (whooping cough) vaccine and do so with the flu shot every year. I tend to do busy work around the home I nanny for to help lighten load of the family while the children are napping. things like laundry, dishes, surface cleaning , cooking of breakfast, lunch and dinner among many other things. I truly enjoy working with children, helping and watching them grow, and working in a field where I feel I am directly benefiting others lives.
