I have worked with special needs children. I have managed a household. I have worked with several twin toddler families on an as-needed basis. I have done overnight care for an infant. Palwasha is probably a fine sitter, but our one-year old aon with some stranger anxiety didn't warm up to her much. Probably wasn't the right fit for him as he has done better with some other sitters. Also, a minor side note- she said she would bring her own food but she ended up asking us about eating some leftovers from our fridge, which by itself is fine, but she also ate a few other things from our fridge and pantry (kids' oatmeal snack, yogurt, protein bar (half-eaten), a couple of other kids' snack packets which I found discarded in the trash after sampling them -mostly wasted), which I was annoyed about.
