My name is Tavia Vernon and I have been watching/caring for children for most of my life. It started as leading programs in church and watching the nursery. I have been a babysitter for family friends and my own siblings. Currently I work at the Boys and Girl's Club in Springfield where I watch, teach, mentor, and care for children of all ages. I have been there almost a year, but have gained a wide variety of knowledge on caring for kids with behavioral issues, autism, or other needs.
