I am a December 2014 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in English Licensure. I have spent this past spring working as a high school English teacher, teaching 9th graders. While in college I worked at two different church nurseries. At one I was responsible for babies ranging from 3 months to 2 years, and at the other I as responsible for babies 3 months to two years in the morning and in the afternoon I was responsible for ages up to twelve years old. In addition I babysat for multiple families in the area that I met through alumnae of my sorority and families from the churches I worked at. I have been through first aide training while I worked as a parks laborer for my hometown back in Alaska for the past four summers. Now that I am a full time teacher down here, Read more I am looking for a full time nannying job for the summer. I love working with kids because they are so fun and carefree. They can have fun doing the simplest of things which reminds me not to take life too seriously.
