Sara Beth’s Bio
My name is Sara Beth and I am a rising junior at High Point University. I am a Strategic Communications major with a minor in Nonprofit Leadership, and I hope one day to work in the nonprofit sector with a job in public relations. During the summer, I live at home in Huntersville, and this summer I would love to find work as a nanny. Though I do not have many years of experience as a nanny, I have had more than eight years of babysitting experience. I am very good with kids and have always enjoyed my babysitting experiences. I am looking into nannying because I would like a job that is more regular and that has more hours. I love being around children, so I am looking forward to hopefully spending the summer as a nanny.

If you're lucky enough to have Sara nanny for you, you're very lucky. She is sweet, competent, caring, on time!, honest and kind. She's loving and gentle with the kids but make no mistake, she's no pushover. She obviously enjoys working with children and takes it very seriously. I never had a moment's hesitation to let her drive my car, take my girls or leave them with her alone for extended periods of time. She is absolutely trustworthy.
I was a little hesitant to hire her at first because she was so "together" and it can be a little chaotic around here (to say the least!) but choosing Sara might have been the best decision I made this year. Her and I could not be more different but she became so much part of the family that we all cried on her last first day with us! Frankly, I wanted to adopt her!
She was great with kids, great with dogs and took to the horses like there was nothing to it. She handled the one year old's crankiness with aplomb and was GREAT about gently insisting on polite behavior from my three year old even at the height of a tantrum. She never raised her voice, she remained calm and loving no matter what, and the girls didn't even realize they were being educated not just watched.
I'd hire her again in a heartbeat. We miss you Sara!
