I am the second of six children and have always had a passion for working with children. With children, you are able to experience an innocence that is outgrown with age and, in a sense, reverse time to be young again. Children today ARE our future tomorrow and it is up to us to provide them with resources to become amazing adults. I received my Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Southwest Mississippi Community College and am currently finishing my Bachelor's Degree in Child and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology at the University of Southern Mississippi. With my school training, I have also been CPR and First Aid certified for infants and young children. Additionally, I have taken several classes regarding teaching/working with children who have learning disabilities or special needs.
