Hello, my name is Shelby. I'm a 21 year old nanny. I have three years of experience with two different families and two years of daycare experience. My first nanny job was for a family with and infant girl. I cared for her from the time she was three months until they moved away when she was 18 months. While with them I was in charge of bottle preparation, snack time, lots of playtime, meals, bath time, bed time, outings, and diaper changes. Since she spent the majority of her time with me, I also helped teach her to walk, talk, and feed herself. The family also chose to use baby sign language so I have some experience with teaching and reading basic signs. I am currently employed with my second family. However, as they are school aged, I only work full time during the summer. I have spent two Read more full time summers caring for their two boys aged 8 and 10. I usually have them for 10+ hours during which I am in charge of all cooking meals, supervising playtimes, doctors and dentist appointments, laundry, dishes, other light housework, pet care, homework help, bedtime, ect. Although I enjoy working for them, I am looking for something more full time and permanent.
