Good day beautiful families, my name is Catherine or Cat (which ever you prefer). I believe I have what it takes to be your nanny or childcare provider. I have an extensive background working with children. When I was 13 years old, I started working as an "aid" in a daycare, after-school. I stayed with them progressing up the chain of command until I graduated from high school. From that job, I met a family and became their babysitter and nanny for what started out as 2 children and grew to 4 children within two years. I spent over four years watching this same family grow. I was sad to leave them for college. After college, I worked for the YMCA in their after-school program. Both working in a day care and in after-school has taught me to deal and understand many different types of children including special needs children. I love spending time with kids and watching and helping them develop into the little people they are meant to become. I love outdoor activities and don't mind getting dirty or helping to clean up to dirt. I am also very "crafty" and would love to do crafts all day long.
