Hi! My name is Ami and I have my B.A. in Early Childhood Education. Also, I studied early childhood special education and literacy. For many years I have worked in private, state funded, and chain day cares teaching children from two to five years old. My passion is teaching preschool children since I get to teach them the basics of learning math and literacy concepts. I enjoyed working in the classroom, but would like to change my focus on helping children on an individual setting rather than a group setting. My philosophy is that children learn best through playing with peers and can benefit from activities that they can do hands on. In my spare time, I serve in my church and helping the homeless.
