I love children and I became a preschool teacher in 1996. In 2009 I became the director of a trilingual school and after 3 yrs of holding that position my love of teaching and the desire to be hands on with the kids, called me back and I opened up my own home school group......I believe that children should be given the opportunity to learn based on their abilities and not just their age and I have had great success in having my 3/4 yr old students working on 1st grade reading and math levels and my 6/7 yr olds doing 3rd and 4th grade reading and math. I know that parents are the child's first teacher and that some parents have to work outside of the home..... Let me fill in the gap. I love interacting with children of all ages from infants to teens. I'm energetic, fun, caring, Read more nurturing, compassionate and loving. I will be relocating to Charlotte in December and I'm looking forward to working with a family that is looking for more than just a sitter but someone to love, teach and care for their child(ren).
