Thank you for visiting my profile! I am a responsible, driven, and energetic doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at UNCC. I have worked with children for several years, in the academic realm as well as through clinical work and at-home child care. Some experiences include teaching reading full-time to kids of all ages, facilitating support groups for grieving kids, and conducting outreach about science programs to middle school-aged girls. I am interested in working with kids and teens professionally as a therapist, as I feel I have a naturally warm rapport with them. I have the most experience and comfort with kids ages 4-14, but also have taken care of infants and toddlers. I have my NC driver's license and drive a 2012 Toyota Corolla, and I have a completely clean driving record. I am a nonsmoker. I care about maintaining a nutritious diet of fresh, unprocessed foods, and meal Read more prep is a skill. I love animals and and am happy to have dogs and cats around. My hobbies include running, hiking, yoga, kickboxing, singing/songwriting, and reading. I love spending time outdoors and welcome the opportunity to do so with your kids! In addition to date nights and weekends starting now, I am able to provide 20-30 hours per week through the summer, as early as the week of May 9 through August 12.
