Your little one wants to discover as much as possible and tell you all about it when you get home! I simply love helping children explore, express themselves, and create. I chose to work with children through this avenue for the busy parents that value individual attention for their child(ren) after a long day at school, but may not always have the extra time to spare. As a nanny/babysitter, I have worked with all age groups; infants up through teenagers. I enjoy arts and crafts so I when I have the chance I like to share age-appropriate crafts and experiments with children. With my most recent family, I was a "mother's helper," helping reestablish a nightly routine and date nights. In the time we spent together we read books, spent lots of time in her playroom, watched movies, road bikes and a number of other things. I bring years of Read more combined professional and personal knowledge to each family I'm involved with. I also serve as the Co-Leader of a Girl Scout Troop in the Charlotte area. I've taken courses in child development and I am currently learning how to effectively communicate with children on the autism spectrum. I can assist with potty training, tutoring, scheduling for infants and toddlers, and organizing playrooms. CPR certified as of 7/2/2018
