As long as I an remember, I have loved working with and caring for children. I spent my summers in middle and high school babysitting, and then was a full-time nanny for 2. 5 years as a young adult. I then became and 2nd grade teacher and have taught for 5 years. I also worked as the Director of Children's Ministries at a church for 3 years. I am now the Admissions Director at a TK-8th grade private school in Durham, NC. I am currently in my first year of graduate school at NCCU, pursuing a Master's in School and Mental Health Counseling. I am hoping to transition from full-time work to part-time work so that I may take some additional courses next year. I would love to find a family to work with as I pursue my career dreams yet continue to live out my passion for kids.
