I am a very friendly, outgoing, and generous person. I love music and theatre as well as science and history. I am the type of person who constantly wants to learn more and grow into an even better person. I love working out, reading, watching tv, sewing, and doing arts and crafts. I can find joy in most things, and value an environment where love and care are abundant. I love children and I view the children that I have worked with successes as my own successes. I have been teaching English to children ages 2-18 and adults in Japan for almost 2 years now. Before that, I taught voice, dance, acting, and piano in the states. I love working with children and I want to impart what little knowledge I have on to them. I am first aid, infant and child CPR, and adult CPR certified. I am an Read more excellent cook. I love magking healthy and delicious food, and also enjoy baking as well. I am a fairly clean person, and i am very respectful. I value honesty and communication, and believe it is important in order to cultivate and relationship, professional or personal. I love teaching and working with children because I truly believe that they can achieve anything if they set their mind to it. I have watched 4 and 5 year olds learn to speak beautiful English. I have seen their parents cry as they learned to read and write. And I have seen the joy that parents feel when their child, who was too shy to stand on stage, sings and dances with confidence. I love each of my students as if they were my own child and I celebrate with them for each of their successes. That is the greatest joy of working with children.
