My name is Devon Cross. I am a Senior at Elon University working towards a BA in Human Service Studies with a concentration in Child Psychology. I am originally from St. Louis, Missouri. Aside from academics, I have an innate passion for working with children and being an active member of my community. I have worked as a babysitter and nanny for 6 years. I have also worked as a camp counselor and program director at a sleep-away camp, Camp Taum Sauk, in southeast Missouri for 4 years. I have also worked as a youth counselor at the Jewish Community Center in Essman Katon, the toddler center. I am CPR certified and am well versed in working with children of all ages. Outside of school,l I am involved in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. I am also a member of the business fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi, on campus.
