I am the oldest of 5 children so helped raise my 2 youngest brothers. I love housekeeping and nurturing children. I thrive on taking care of little ones and enjoy having fun with them doing crafts etc. I have 2 wonderful grandsons and am a big part of their lives. They are in private school and I sometimes substitute teach the K-2 and 3-6 grade students. I teach a class for a club similar to girl/boy scouts helping the children ages 5-10 earn honors. I also have a certificate for completing "Shield the Vulnerable" a class on how to recognize and deal with child abuse, which is required by my church in order to work with children within the church or private church school. I have no professional training or certifications as a nanny, however I have many years of experience with raising children. I have also worked with the Read more elderly for over 30 years. I handle emergencies calmly, and have had training in first aide.
