I am a young 58 yr old grandmother whose grandchildren are living in Spain right now for 2 years. My son is a Major in the Air Force. I worked in the business world for 30 years and have entered my second career as a child caretaker. I always have and always will love teaching, playing and guiding children. The sparkle in their eyes just warms my heart when they achieve what they set out to accomplish. There's nothing like experiencing the world brand new through babies and children. I talk with babies and children all the time believing they learn through watching, listening and playing. I love to sing (even tho I can't) and dance and just act silly. I enjoy reading and teaching babies and children material according to their ages. I have loads of experience with newborns and ages on up. I recently ended a position with Read more Masters Garden Preschool. Twins are my specialty. There's nothing like taking care of 2 the same age at the same time! I am looking for a new family to help and hopefully stay an extended stay as their children grow. I do housekeeping also, washing clothes, folding etc. There is so much more I could say but hopefully I'll have the opportunity to discuss these other things in person. BUT there is one more thing I need to say. If you have a problem with hugs and cuddling I'm not the person for you. I believe in growing with love.
