I had a preliminary phone interview with Katlynn for a FT Nanny position to watch our toddler son. We made arrangements to meet in-person the following day to discuss the position further before we made a final decision. She failed to show up for the interview and never contacted me to cancel the meeting or advise she was no longer interested in the position.
