I am a 39-year-old mother of two boys, ages 2 and 7. My husband and I have lived in Kings Mountain, NC for just over 5 years. My husband works from home and we currently, homeschool’s our 7-year-old. Prior to moving here, I was a nanny for one year for two boys, ages 4 and 7. It was a very rewarding experience for me because I saw how much they enjoyed their time with me. In addition, I would babysit, housesit, and petsit for friends and family. We moved here so I could finish my B.A. at East Carolina University and to have more time to enjoy our family. For the last 2 years I have worked at a non-profit in Gaston County and while it is rewarding I have decided I would like to go back to helping families with their needs.
