I have worked in child care for 13 years so this is something that I have plenty of experience in. I have primarily worked with 2 year olds, but have also worked with all other age groups as well. My main focus with the children I work with is to show them the same love and affection that their parents will give as if they where home and it also makes the transition a lot easier for everyone. By me doing such a great job at work I have had outside baby sitting position that have lasted for years. Child care is something that just comes natural to me I enjoy the e children I work with and they enjoy me because they hate to see me leave and they all call me mother.
