Mary stared nannying for our son Beau when he was just 6 weeks old. We interviewed several Nannys and decided to hire Mary because we loved her approach to her job. She charted Beau's sleep, eating and activities enabling us to develop a schedule for him which was extremely helpful! Aside from Mary's natural gift for nurturing and caring for babies and children, I think her greatest asset is her positive attitude and bubbly personality. It has been an absolute joy having her in our home caring for our son. She has really made a difference in our family's lives. She really takes the mothers lead to make sure that her caregiving is consistent with the mothers which was really important to me. I can't say enough good things about Mary and whoever gets to have her care for their children is very lucky!

Mary watched our two little ones while I had an appointment. She provided excellent care did all sorts of fun activities with them. My daughter has already asked if she can come back to play. I am truly greatful to find someone to care for my children as I would if I were home.
