I have enjoyed working with special needs children in the classroom for the past sixteen years. June 1998-August 4th 2014. I chose this job because I loved it but also because it provided me the time to raise my child. I am someone who enjoyed being a home-maker. I enjoy healthy cooking, organizing, and crafts. I am mature but also energetic. I was the neighborhood Mom, who did the shuttling for extra-curricular activities and my home was the place where the neighborhood kids would come. I have taken CPR and in-service trainings. Coached/Volunteered for Special Olympics for six years. Working in the public school system, I have been finger-printed and drug tested.
