As a teenager, several summers were spent taking care of neighboring children. I have also worked in the church nursery for years with children ranging from newborn to about five years old. I attended a Christian college and earned a degree in elementary education. Directly after college I taught a combined class of fourth and fifth grades. After that first year of teaching, I lived in Moldova where I had the privilege of studying a foreign language and culture, as well as teaching English. My students in Moldova were varying in ages, from five to older adults. I had many classes as well as individual students. I also spent many hours each week taking care of a four year old girl and a seven year old boy. Both were very energetic, and I adored them both. After returning from Moldova, I helped my sixteen year old sister with homeschooling. I Read more am very efficient in taking care of a home, running errands, taking care of pets, and even tutoring your child or helping them study. I enjoy helping children be creative and active, as well as helping them gain confidence in themselves. I would genuinely appreciate any opportunity presented to me. Thank you for your time.
