I have no formal paid experience babysitting. I raised 5 children. One with learning disabilities and diabetes. They are all grow up now and are either married or in college. With 5 children I had many of the children's friends over often. I stayed at home with my children. I have an associates degree in applied science. I am trained to take x-rays, CAT scans and mammography. I am current on my CPR certification. Why babysit? I love children, it's what I've done since 1987. Being a homemaker was by choice.

I have only just begun to work with Marsha but so far she has been excellent. Unlike some other sitters I found on this site she showed up, was on time and knows how to hold a baby (and change a diaper too). More than that though, she genuinely likes to be around my child which is what I was most looking for. She has been easy and pleasant to work with and we are looking forward to her being with us a good long while.
