I am a first time mom and my son is currently 14 months old. I also grew up with 8 other siblings. I am the second oldest. I had to babysit a lot growing up. My siblings and I are all about 5 years apart from each other. I feel like I had to mature at an early age because my parents were busy all the time and they needed us older kids help. One of my brothers was put in the hospital when I was 13. I had to really step up back then. My mom and dad were busy in the hospital and I was stuck at home watching my younger siblings.
