I was a Live in Nanny for a wonderful family in Virginia and recently moved back to my home state, Nebraska. This family has four children, of which two are autistic. One of the autistic kids stayed home with me during the day for homeschooling. I enjoyed absolutely eery moment of this job. My reason for quitting was I was not aware of the special needs the two children had, which I would have asked for more then the $12.50 I was getting paid an hour. Also, I am extremely close with my family, who I left in Nebraska. I have two sister, under age 5. I have been right there watching them grow and assisting my mother with their care.
