I am currently taking a break from University, looking for part-time employment. I have many years of experience babysitting for families, with children of varying ages. For the past four years I have worked at Fingerprints Child Development Center, mainly caring for Newborns and Infants in the Nursery, but also frequently substituting in Toddler, Preschool and School-age rooms, so I am comfortable and experienced with all ages. I have pets of my own, so I am also totally comfortable around animals. I've volunteered with bible school, at Charlie Brown's Kids and at Mat Talbot soup kitchen. Beyond English, I speak some Spanish, from 4 yours of study. I am a creative person and I think engaging children in activities that encourage creativity is very important. I love to read books, do art projects, play games, etc. Keeping children learning and entertained, while finding the best activites for each age is incredibly important.
