I am currently working with a wonderful young family who has 4 girls. The children are ages 8, 6,'3 and 16 months. I have worked with the family for almost a year, they are relocating so I am taking this opportunity to do the same. Before working as a nanny I worked for the state of Missouri as a personal assistant for a young man with special needs. I attended college in Columbus Nebraska to major in Theater arts, so I am an excellent story teller. I am very easy going and understanding especially with smaller children, I am willing to work with any schedule and I am very big on communication. I think that having a strong line of communication is the only way to make a nanny/ employer relationship work.
