My name is Cayla Plemmons. I am a 28 years old, and I have been a caregiver since the age of 12. I have cared for as many as 5 kids at one time, and I also have experience with twins. I have held three nanny positions. The age ranges I have dealt with are newborn-12 years old. My most recent position is taking care of two girls, ages 2 and 4. I have been with the family for two years, but their needs are changing.
