Hi! My name is Rebecca and I want to thank you for taking the time to read a little bit about me. I am an experienced caregiver to children of all ages. I grew up with three younger siblings and for my two younger brothers, I was like a second mom. I have been babysitting children since I was 13 and continue to this day. When I was just 16 I got my first internship in a public schools preschool. Those were some of the best months of my life! I absolutely loved the children and they were the highlight of my day. Around the same time, I got my first job working in an after school program with children in preschool all the way up to sixth grade. Those days were equally as fun! At 17, I started college a year early and no surprise to anyone around me Read more I decided to major in Early Childhood Education. I am only a little over a year away from my Bachelors in Early Childhood Education/Special Education. Being only 18 you could say I am a very driven person who is also very passionate about children. I recently worked for a month in an infant, toddler, and early preschool room at a daycare before deciding I would like to try something different, being a nanny. I am still in school but would love to be a nanny during the day as I love children and would love to help a family out in this way. I have done a background check through the state and would be happy to send you the results or have a new one performed if you wish.
