I have been working with children since I started working as a "mother's helper" for neighbors at 8 years of age - I have been passionate about teaching and working with children ever since. Since then, I have provided childcare for children of all ages (ranging from infant to high school) and abilities, in a wide range of settings. Beyond providing part time childcare as a babysitter/nanny over the years, I have also taught at two childcare centers, where I learned more about child development and providing children with creative opportunities to learn and grow. I have also worked extensively with children with special needs, especially children on the autism spectrum. I speak Spanish at an advanced level and would be happy to integrate some Spanish into my childcare routine.
