Working with children is a passion of mine and I could not imagine my life doing anything different! I worked in a child care center for three and a half years. I was an assistant teacher for 10 toddlers for one year. The other two and a half years, I was an assistant teacher for the 4-year-old class. I also have watched many children since I was 15 and a half. This includes family members but also other families who hired me to watch their children. I have taken care of children from 18 months through 13 years old. I have watched children on weekends along with after school hours and also during the summers. For the last 3 years I have worked during the school year at a before and after school program where I am the Director of the program. The ages of the children who attend include Read more kindergarten through fifth grade. I am responsible for the children's First Aid safety, helping with all homework, planning activities, attendance paper work for all 50 children as well as communicating with all parents and family members. I will be graduating from Southern New Hampshire University with a bachelors in Elementary Education and Special Education. I am a hard worker, patient, trustworthy, and reliable. I do not mind helping out around the house with chores, cooking, laundry and so on. I have my own car and willing to drive children where ever they may need to go.
