Kimberly Lo is a complete scammer. Interviewed her on a Thursday and after I paid for an enhanced background check and driving record checks, Ms. Lo all of sudden becomes very hard to reach ( couldn't return a phone call, text or sitter city message ). To make it even worse, after claiming she was coming down with a cold on Sunday, on Monday she wants a new rate . . . . $3 higher than what we discussed and agreed to on 2 different occasions. Do not work with her. She's got a bait and switch game going on here. Wasted my time & $.
