I have worked as a camp counselor at AYF Camp Haiastan for the past five summers. The camp provides a traditional overnight camping experience for children ages 7-16. I acted as the Assistant Director of the camp. I have just completed my certification in Elementary and Special Education from Providence College, which required that I teach students daily in classroom settings for both general education and special education students. I create and teach my own lesson plans for all of my students. I have also volunteered in Armenia at various child development centers, orphanages, and camps with children ranging from infancy to 18 years of age. I've babysat for family and family friends for nearly 10 years, as well. I will be moving to Providence starting in September as I look for a permanent teaching job. In the meantime, I am hoping to find a nannying placement or tutoring jobs. Read more I hope to hear from you!
