To my fellow parents: It is my sincere pleasure to write this review on behalf of Lauren; however, first let me offer a little background. My family and I moved to Colts Neck approximately 5-years ago. That is about the time I posted my first job on Sitter City. Prior, my daughter was in the care of a Nanny for approximately 7 years. Finding a new situation for a for my daughter was a challenge. Her needs had changed quite a bit. However, my needs and high standards for quality care had not. I went through several sitters until I met Lauren. Lauren is the type of person any family would be lucky and grateful to meet. She is a well educated, sweet, lovely, responsible person. My daughter took to her immediately. Lauren is attentive and caring and most importantly I can trust her. I am completely comfortable with her in my home. Lauren is the type of person who engages your child; whether it be with conversation, or with a favorite show or game. She is truly refreshing. Believe me, I have been through sitters who really don't understand why they shouldn't be on their phones texting or chatting? However, this has never been a concern with Lauren. She has a maturity that is well beyond her years. Lauren is also very concientious and I have never had to worry that she wouldn't be on time. I am grateful to have found Lauren and thrilled and comforted to have her working with our family. Nancy Repetto
