I began working as a Nanny when I was 19. I worked for a family that had a two month old. I worked Monday thru Friday ten hours a day. When the child turned three, the mother had twins. I had my hands full but enjoyed caring for them all and teaching them new things. My duties included feeding them all meals, bathing every night, light housework, errands and grocery shopping. I even went to the bank for the family. I watched full time until the twins were in first grade, then worked part time to bring them too after school activities and then feed them dinner. The second family I worked for was for doctor. I also stayed ten or more hours a day, some overnights when she was on call. I worked for her for almost a year, until I gave birth to my first child. The last Read more four years I have been caring for families two children. Their youngest is entering preschool in the fall. I was hoping to care in my home but can possibly work in someone's home.
