I have been working with children ranging in age from 1st graders to high schoolers for the past 3 years. I began working in college as a Environmental Educator with the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy providing outdoor education programs to Pittsburgh's youth. After graduation, I moved to Montana where I worked as a Seasonal Instructor with the Yellowstone Association in Yellowstone National Park. In this position, I worked with people of all ages teaching them about the wildlife and geology of the park, but my passion was in working with children and teaching them about the wonders of Yellowstone and the natural world. My position ended at the beginning of October so I am back in New Jersey looking to work as a babysitter. I have not worked explicitly as a babysitter before, but I have extensive experience working with children mostly outside in uncontrolled conditions.
