I met this candidate in the past and interviewed her. She seemed awkward and unsuitable and I simply couldn't move forward with her as a Sitter. However, she contacted me again recently and I decided to reconsider and go through the interview process with her. However, my intuition was spot on with her. She is not a stable person. She literally screamed at me when she found out that the job specification was different than what I initially communicated. Mind you, this is all prior to us agreeing that we would even work together. This one change sparked a bizarre tirade in her and she was literally out of control with anger. I believe if one change could spark such an outburst, imagine if she worked with children and the child upset her. Based on my horrible experience with this candidate, I simply can not recommend her to the Sittercity community. However, I wish her well in finding the help she needs to control her anger.
