Meet Kristen

I really enjoy spending time with children as they are so open and optimistic on many levels. I work freelance editing jobs, so I have plenty of time for babysitting, tutoring, and housesitting. I have over 20 years of extensive babysitting experience, for all ages of children, including several sets of multiples! I think that a babysitter should be more than just a warm body while the kids watch a video. He or she should interact with the children, even if it is just as an "active observer" to their playtime. I also believe that reading to children is very important. I have extensive experience tutoring children at various grade levels, both in academic subjects and in study/learning skills. I have easy access to all of Manhattan.
