To Whom It May Concern: This letter is to provide an employment reference for Veronica Dwelle. Ms. Dwelle has been employed by our family as an Assistant/Caregiver for the last 3 and 1/2 years. I give her the absolute highest recommendation. Ms. Dwelle started with our family when my children were just 1 and 3 years old. She came to us through a friend’s recommendation and has become a part of our family. When she first started with us, I was just returning to work after being a stay at home mom for several years. I was nervous about the change and my mind was immediately put at ease because of her skill and professionalism. Ms. Dwelle has raised 4 children of her own and has experience as a home health care provider as well as extensive experience caring for children. Ms. Dwelle helps with laundry, cooking, housework and errands. She is fantastic with helping the kids with their homework and takes the children to classes, activities and play dates. Ms. Dwelle has her own transportation and drives the kids wherever they need to go. My children have now started school and it’s no longer practical for us to keep Ms. Dwelle on full-time. Unfortunately, this means that we have to make a change. However, we are hopeful that we can help her to secure another family that she can help as much as she’s helped us over the years. She’s loving, caring, punctual, hard-working and conscientious, a fabulous cook and an all-around wonderful person. She is also open to a nanny-share arrangement.
