Hello! My Name is Tara and I am a new teacher. I have my certificate in Elementary Teaching K-6, a special certificate in Middle School 6-8 in Language Arts and I also have my Students with Disabilities Certification. While I was obtaining my teaching degree at Georgian Court University, I worked full time as a nanny for over four years for a wonderful family. Most days, I worked 12 hours a day and took night classes. I worked with the family since their little girl was 9 months old. I stopped with the family in August because I was offered a maternity leave position in Howell, teaching 5th grade. During that time, my mother took over for me. My maternity leave position ended when the teacher came back Dec 23rd. I am looking to work full time now for a family who needs a caretaker for their children.
