After booking and confirming over a week in advance with Katie, then reconfirming the day before, I was very disappointed when she canceled by text message 35 minutes before she was supposed to arrive, citing being too busy at work. I wrote back to make sure I understood that she was not coming, and she never even responded. I had actually booked her for two nights, so there might have been a reason to treat me better, but that's not how she acted.
