Bren has quit on us twice. First last minute and another time never showing up, even after we graciously accepted her apology and allowed her to care for our daughter. We were never a priority due to the part time nature of her employment and would get cancelled on when another family needed her. Her behavior caused problems in our professional lives after having to cancel appointments. We trusted her with our child, but she was also very unprofessional and disrespectful with insulting comments and opinions.. As a result, we opened up a sittercity ad to explore replacement in case we weren’t able to work it out, however, she never showed up for work and when confronted she became verbally abusive.
