You will not find a better nanny. I have two strong willed boys, ages 8 and 6, and a 22 month old daughter. Jen was very good at balancing nurturing and disciplining. She made sure the boys did what they were supposed to do and she had fun with them. Since my daughter was with her all day, Jen had the most contact with her. I work at home and could hear how Jen did with my children. She is a very loving and nurturing caregiver. She took my daughter on adventures and did lots of learning activities with her at home. We would still have Jen if we hadn't already arranged for an au pair to come and stay with us. Jen was a temporary caregiver for us. You are welcome to call me for more info if you'd like, but you don't really need to. She is wonderful.
