Alessandra, “Ali” worked with us for the first year of our boy girl twins life. She is gifted with them (And they can be a handful!!). “Ali” was one of my daughters first words… my little girl almost explodes with happiness every time Ali comes and hangs out the window waving goodbye whenever she leaves. No one has been better able to manage the twins together at the same time then Ali. Ive received many compliments about how lovely and engaged and competent Ali is with the kids from both complete strangers at the park who know my kids from meeting them with Ali as well as people who know us all very well like my neighbors and family. I work from home and always hear the kids upstairs squealing and giggling with her. She has a really nice way with them that’s both exciting and fun, but also calming. It always seems to me that the kids are in a all-around content and good mood after a day with her. Also, since I work from home, we spend a lot of time together and I have so appreciated how easy and pleasant it is for me to pass time with Ali! Id be happy to speak to anyone who had any specific questions. Ali is a real gem of a human being… a family would be very lucky to have her!
